Operations Management as a Service? Yes, please! We often hear skepticism from people that an extremely diverse domain like Operations Management cannot be provided as a Service due to not knowing each company and its operations well enough. While there is absolute truth in it, the world is never black & white. Our experience has repeatedly proven that Operations Management CAN be provided as a service by a team of external experts. There are no shortcuts or plug-and-play solutions to ensure ultimate alignment from day one, but transparent communication and our tried-and-tested methods lay a great foundation for success. While we believe that the essence of Operations Management is pretty universal, it always has variations in each company. This is why we list projects here that don’t easily fit under our three other domains (People Ops, Finance, Legal & Compliance) or cross through them all, even though to us, the term Operations Management acts as an umbrella term for the sub-domains.
